Please ensure the file is correct as well as spelling. How you send me the file is how it will print out on the Tumbler. 

NOTE: colors may vary. JLala Creations has the right to refuse an image on a tumbler for any reason. JLala will email you ASAP and let you know to switch the image or will give a full refund.

Shipping Time is 7-10 days not including weekends.

Specify the size you want on your Tumbler. Tumblers are Skinny Straight 20oz at 8 inches long- 9.25 inches round.

All of my mock-ups are watermarked but your design that is shipped in the mail will NOT have a watermark.

I do NOT offer refunds.

JLala is not responsible for shipping damages. It is not JLala’s responsibility how postal ships & handles products.
